1. Short Term Program - (2 Months Program)

* The classes will be conducted 2 days a week (4 Hours per day - 8 Hours in a week) either on weekends or during working days and so 64 Hours of theory would be completed in 2 months of time.
* The candidates will simultaneously be involved in practice of street parliaments (formation and management of Grass-root Good Governance Groups - 4G) engaging themselves 4 days a week (16 Hours) for 2 months in the streets either on weekends or during working days and so it becomes 128 hours of practice altogether
* People Planet Institute will assist the candidate for choosing a location for practice of 4G through SPAN (Street Parliaments Advancement Network) and enable them to establish at least one street parliament
* The candidates will be given an exposure of Entrepreneurial activities that would enable them to have an awareness and clear understanding of socio-civic entrepreneurship

2. Certification Program - (4 Months Program)

* The classes will be conducted 2 days a week (2 Hours per day - 4 Hours in a week) either on weekends or during working days and so 64 Hours of theory would be completed in 4 months of time.
* The candidates will simultaneously be involved in practice of street parliaments (formation and management of Grass-root Good Governance Groups - 4G) engaging themselves 2 days a week (8 Hours) for 4 months in the streets either on weekends or during working days and so it becomes 128 hours of practice altogether
* People Planet Institute will assist the candidate for choosing a location for practice of 4G through SPAN (Street Parliaments Advancement Network) and enable them to establish at least one street parliament and replicate the same in another location.
* The candidates will not only be given an exposure of Entrepreneurial activities, but also assistance for choosing or identifying their own entrepreneurial project of their interest and they will have developed one project for themselves.

3. Diploma Program - (12 Months Program)

* The diploma course plan comprises of 3 terms (4 months each); the first term will be as it is stated in the 4 months certification course; in addition, at the end of the course the candidates will have established 4 or 5 street parliaments in a junction or in a location of parallel streets where the Micro Macro Management Model (4M) is adopted and street parliamentary activities are regularised
* During the 2nd term the candidate will be exposed to special talks and seminars by the specialists on the field and the practitioners while they continue practice of street parliaments. They will be given a focus on civic entrepreneurship and at the end of term-2 they are ready with their own civic entrepreneurship project and they also begin process of registering a social enterprise in their name under either 'Enterprises Development Act, 2006 or 'Companies Act, 2013'.
* During term-3, having established the social enterprise the candidate begins implementing his/her own entrepreneurship in the areas of already established street parliaments.
* People Planet Institute would assist the candidate for developing projects and their implementation
