Smart - Joy Street utilizes Micro (Individual) Macro (societal) Management Module (4M) to focus on Individual and societal advancement; 'Spirit Mind Body Synergy' for the Individual & 'Street Parliament Authority Network' for Societal Management. The residents of streets are equipped in Grass-root Good Governance; thus making Democracy Dynamic and Inclusive.

Grass-root Good Governance does not mean party politics, it means, people politics, direct power to the people in the whole process of identifying their own problems and needs, reason discussing them, taking decision to set them right, charting out suitable action plans for the same, implementing the action plans and evaluating the implementation and so on.

Each Street Parliament will ensure deliberations, interventions and actions at Street level, among 20 resident families. All the people in these families are equal members of this parliament irrespective of their caste, community, race, social, economic and educational status. Every person in the particular Street is an equal member of the said Parliament with equal rights and equal responsibilities.

Each parliament elects its prime minister and other ministers like home, finance, education, health, medical facilities, food, housing, electricity, safety and security, trade and occupation, employment, environment, law, defense and protection, communication, public distribution, road and transport, women welfare, children welfare, elders welfare and public works and so on, as the need may be through sociocratic election process which is called a consent based and objection-free election process. Here someone is not first elected and then given the portfolio, but the most suitable person for a particular portfolio is elected. Thus each member is a minister and becomes responsible for something some way or other. Each minister will have a specific responsibility.

The Micro Macro Management Module enables individuals to holistically develop themselves, build relationships and also get platforms to speak, or in other words to govern. The nation is made up of cities towns and villages and each of these are made up of 'Streets'; and all the social challenges faced emanate from streets where people live. So successful and permanent solutions for all social challenges can be brought from street level; thus Street Parliaments are surely the answer for inclusive dynamic democratic governance.
